ABSTRACT
When I tell people the story of why I do this work, I usually start with Jasmine. But my journey started earlier than that. It starts in 2001, with an airplane flight that changed my life. I’ll tell you the story now, for two reasons. One, because this story is my “why.” It is my hope for the workplace and our world. Two, because perhaps one of you reading this book will know someone who was on this flight. If you do, please tell them thank you from me.
