ABSTRACT
The Pontiac President was understandably skeptical about the letter but sent an engineer to check it out anyway. The latter was surprised to be greeted by a successful, obviously well-educated man in a fine neighborhood. Prior to the strategic plan review, divide and conquer the components of all metrics by business functions, and as part of the strategic plan, review the data with all the business leaders. This will bring a new holistic, proactive view of the product in front of the entire business team. Again, fact or fiction, it is a great story to put in perspective that customers may not speak the language as eloquently as the supplier may want.
