ABSTRACT
This chapter covers other types of dispute boards other than in construction such as maritime industry dispute boards and the use of the ICC rules and touches on other uses for dispute boards such as in concession projects and hospital operations. It then goes into the various types of training programmes available to train and then further educate dispute board members, how default appoints are made and the current practice in the USA.
