ABSTRACT
Chapter 2 delves into the various types of dispute boards, the commonalities, and distinctions between them and other types of “boards”, including mediation boards and advisory boards. Included in this chapter is detailed information of how to form a board under FIDIC and ICC rules and the newest type of board called the Dispute Avoidance/Adjudication Board or DAAB.
