ABSTRACT
The final chapter summarizes the book, sets a research agenda for the future, and engages with policy and normative suggestions regarding improvements, and alternatives, to extraterritorial enforcement. As the book presents the link between extraterritoriality and collective action as a general conceptual challenge, conclusions are relevant not only in anti-bribery law but also in other fields of law.
