ABSTRACT
This chapter is a congratulatory ending for the student directors who have worked through the reflective and application exercises within the guide. It reinforces the idea of the discipline of preparation, and returns to the root of the seven foundational directorial principles required of the collaborative director. By understanding how to create and manage a positive theatre environment, the student director now has the mindset to explore collaborative stage directing to the fullest.
