ABSTRACT
In 1914, Father was transferred to Rungpore, another district in present–day Bangladesh, as District Magistrate and Collector. Some of the happiest memories of my childhood are of the years spent in Rungpore. I was older and much more appreciative of all the good things life had to offer to a child whose parents were well placed in life.
