ABSTRACT
Whilst the other chapters cover the legal issues in construction disputes this chapter goes into further detail as to the types of claim that arise, such as claims for money and the issue of causation and contribution. Also described is the problem of contract versus tort damages, liquidated damages and extensions of time and delay versus disruption.
