ABSTRACT
Doug arrives at work on Monday, realizing that his implementation of LMS up to now has been faulty. After all, he is the Lean Manager, and he really doesn't have any reason to believe that the system should fail—just like there is no reason why his kids would not be able, between their homework and electronic gaming/social networking, to get their chores done 42and see the common sense of how they can improve ALL processes.
