ABSTRACT
The golden rule of fixing it on the floor, not leaving it to the edit, is explained, as well as shooting the edit (or cutting in the camera). Editing pictures and sound, and the difference digital technology makes on both of these, is logged. The role of the producer in the editing suite is carefully outlined.
