ABSTRACT

Many people strongly believe that creative techniques are more related to artistic disciplines, not to business activities. Creativity is suitable for business activities, but also fundamental to any company’s success. From the business perspective, the fundamental role of creativity is to add more value for customers and other stakeholders. Even though creativity seems to serve uncountable business objectives in the business environment, many companies do not take the chance to develop creative activities. In contrast, a company which is frustrated regarding its business activities tends not to act in a complacent manner, and instead looks for alternative ways to improve these very areas. Businesspeople should form the positive habit of taking note of any relevant topics related to business activities; valuable ideas come up and disappear fleetingly.
