ABSTRACT
This chapter will focus on consulting with teachers and administrators about students dealing with racial injury and trauma. Consultation considerations and culturally informed goals will be explored. There will also be an emphasis on engaging school staff around the impacts of racial injury on the school environment to increase investment.
