ABSTRACT

The enterprise which is quietly making its fortune is Transsion from Shenzhen in China. It has three types of smartphones: TECNO, itel and Infinix. Transsion was founded in 2006, with little brand awareness compared with Nokia, the cellphone leader at that time. Transsion's strategy is to cultivate local technical workers, solve the problem of local employment, and build the local trust in the brand. The standby time of smartphones is generally about one day, this cannot match the three days of feature phones. Many users have an inexplicable anxiety when seeing low battery, and the standby time is a pain to smartphone users. As a life necessity, whether a cellphone is beautiful or not has increasingly become an important selection criterion for consumers, when cellphones are not much different in terms of functionality. In the age of the mobile Internet, products are lifeless, and the cost invested during production will only see returns after a certain period of time.
