ABSTRACT
This chapter contains a description of the methodology of conversation analysis. Some methodological and analytical issues are discussed, and a detailed description of the research project and of the database is delivered. The chapter closes with the presentation of the research questions and of the contributions of the present study for ongoing debates in the world of research and for interested stakeholders in the world of practice.
