ABSTRACT

Patient-centered care is matched to the quality of personal, professional, and organizational relationships. Thus, efforts to promote patient-centered care should be considered to measure patient-care quality. The patient should be able to check the doctors’ credential, their expertise, their fellowship and qualification, particularly that information technology is widely used. The changes in the healthcare delivery system and the nature of the medical profession have tempted physicians to abandon their commitment to their patients. Physician adherence to core values of the medical profession is essential in creating a culture of professionalism and safety; this responsibility goes beyond the basic premise of the professionalism and is committed to the patient. The efficient system requires an ethical behavior, and as an actual component of the professional conduct, they also have been instrumental in introducing safety, self-regulation, and professional responsibility to establish and enforce the standard in most cases.
