The National Training Team and Its Challenge

One of the most challenging questions confronting the national team was how to prepare the program personnel and the volunteer teaching brigades for their educational responsibilities during the campaign. A small training staff of seven, charged with the immense task, slowly took form in October 1979. By the end of that month, the training team was complete, and the members began their work in earnest. Their responsibilities were focused on preparing the educational personnel of the crusade for their work.
