ABSTRACT
In his unconventional speech, G. Zagaynov demanded clarification of the personal stands of Politburo members and Central Committee secretaries on various issues. He criticized Ligachev's speech in Tolyatti and urged that Yeltsin be allowed to speak at the conference. He demanded that the full scope of the corruption under Brezhnev be revealed.
