ABSTRACT
The resolutions of the 19th All-Union Conference were discussed within the Politburo. Several important decisions, such as to publish the stenographic account of the conference and to construct in Moscow a memorial to the victims of repression (a euphemism for the victims of Stalinism) were adopted; the latter decision had apparently been refused by the delegates at the conference.
