ABSTRACT

Since General Idi Amin seized power in Uganda on January 25, 1971, between 25,000 and 250,000 people, almost all Africans, have been killed in Uganda, according to a report released recently by the International Commission of Jurists. The 63-page report has been sent to the U.N. Secretary General, Dr. Kurt Waldheim, with a request that it should be submitted to the Commission on Human Rights.
