ABSTRACT

In a coaching intervention, it is not uncommon to have multiple stakeholders, each with different needs and objectives, and sometimes contradictory or hidden agendas. This chapter sheds light on the challenges faced by the coach when these multiple agendas arise and conflict. By examining two cases, we explore several resources, such as the coaching process, a systemic coaching approach, and the relational aspect of coaching, all of which can help coaches deal with the challenges of multiple agendas in coaching.
