Adaptability is a characteristic of being resilient, being optimistic and having an effective effort growth mindset. The fact that the mindsets and practices that make up the spiritual intelligence are referred to as spiritual simply turn some people away, but they support the best in us, the empathy, resilience, gratitude and emotional regulation. Spiritual mindsets and practices help us lead purposeful/meaningful lives, make decisions based on that purpose and meaning and support a good greater than us. The free Mind Tool assessment for resilience does not address effective effort, self-care/wellness, spiritual intelligence beyond purpose. End the day, every day, with a few minutes of reflection and setting the priorities for the next day. Try to go at least 30 minutes before going to bed avoiding all blue light sources such as the television, iPhone, computer, video games. The research is quite strong as to the negative impact of blue light on sleep patterns.
