ABSTRACT
Our horses had renewed their forces in the hospitable Soyote camp and trotted off briskly. The sunlight glittered on the tracks of the previous day’s rescue expedition, and we rode with song and gaiety over hill and dale among graceful larches, lofty firs and fragrant cedars.
