ABSTRACT

You have done a lot so far: You’ve put together your Values-Guided Exposure Menu to face those OCD-resistant episodes. You’ve learned about W.I.S.E. M.O.V.E.S. as a reminder of all the ACT skills you can do during an exposure exercise. You’ve also learned about different types of planned exposures: situational, imaginal, and interoceptive. And you’ve familiarized yourself with tips for facing those disturbing and resistant-obsessions.
