ABSTRACT

In many parts of this workbook you learned how to step back, develop a new relationship with the content-generating and pattern-making machine of your mind, watch your obsessions, and disconnect from them as much as you can. These skills were foundational in learning how to make W.I.S.E. M.O.V.E.S. for taming resistant-obsessions. So far, so good, right? But as important as it is to make room for obsessions, it’s also important to get a grip on all those compulsive behaviors that feed into OCD episodes, make your life miserable, and take you in the opposite direction of being the person you want to be.
