ABSTRACT
Due to the breadth and depth of activities involved and the crossover both between initial onboarding and full adoption at the front end, and between completion of onboarding and commencement 114of value realization at the back end, it is harder to define the term “Adoption” than it might at first seem. The best definition I can think of for it would be:
The accomplishment of everything that is necessary in order for maximum value realization to occur.
