ABSTRACT
This chapter presents various forms of neurodevelopmental disorders which have associated challenging and maladaptive behaviors. Diagnostic categories for such disorders as ASD and ADHD, as well as disorders of affect and behavior, are described. Characteristics and examples of maladaptive behaviors in these disorders are detailed.
