ABSTRACT

The concluding chapter of this work pulls together the sense of loss experienced by those left behind and explains how reactionary internal politics is increasingly driving international affairs. To reverse these losses, we propose a manifesto for change that builds upon the fast-growing use of commons organizations to offer small scale change that cumulatively adds up and enriches oikophilia. Finally, we underline the importance of both business schools and governments making space in their teaching and policies for Cadbury’s and commons style organisations to be perceived as legitimate and flourish.
