ABSTRACT
The author lists 17 bullet points which are the takeaways from the book and its stories. They start with the notion that “Leading with integrity has a profound impact on the direction of organizations, wider society and the global economy; change in the world starts with change in individuals”; and he concludes by stating: “Such inspirations can be found by taking time out, at the workplace, and in one’s daily life, for silent reflection, inspiration and sense of direction in life—what Mahatma Gandhi called the Inner Voice and what others call ‘the still, small voice within’ or personal conscience; Such inputs prompt a leadership of integrity, which is proved true by results.”
