ABSTRACT

In the future, technology had evolved to the point where children could easily acquire the basic skills of reading, writing and mathematics at home. By the time children were five years old, their reading skills had developed as a natural outgrowth of their ability to speak their native language, as well as a second or third language. For example, as children looked at the objects in the world and learned to utter that word, they would also see the printed word superimposed on that object.
