ABSTRACT
Principal Henderson and the school psychologist, Ms. Harper, faced many challenging and complex problems in their years working together. They were an effective team supporting students who struggle with the academic and social-emotional demands of school. They used data and research to guide their decision-making. Since they often met with parents as a team, they always made sure they were on the same page when they offered interventions to parents of these students.
