ABSTRACT
Mrs. Hayes’s daughter, Jennifer, was a straight A student since first grade. No matter the subject, Jennifer put in the time and effort to get the highest grade she could. Now in her junior year, she was well on her way to a grade point average that would ensure that she got into the best colleges. Mrs. Hayes never had a reason to complain about a teacher, but now she faced a situation where that might have to change.
