ABSTRACT
Using corpus linguistics, Chapter 4 is devoted to a quantitative analysis of CONNEcT, based mainly on frequency, keyword and cluster-based analyses. By using a data-driven approach (as recommended by Walsh 2013), sets of linguistic features will be identified. The exploratory approach taken at this level will subsequently lead into a functional-discursive analysis in the following qualitative chapters.
