ABSTRACT
After completing Steps 1 through 3 and addressing the eight key questions presented in Chapter 12, your BPI team knows the root cause issues, understands the affected processes, and has determined the appropriate techniques for the environment to achieve the strategic objective(s). In Step 4, you design a Future Process Sequence Chart, select the system enhancement option(s), and initiate preliminary system enhancement option action.
