ABSTRACT
To ensure that the system is implemented correctly, the BPI team must do the following:
Review, update, and discuss the Implementation Milestone Chart several times a week to ensure that everything is on schedule.
Attend every BPI meeting and address any concerns. This is a team effort; if someone needs help, find a way of getting that team member assistance.
Everyone must be available on the day of implementation. Do not wait for the users to approach the team with issues. The BPI team should work with users to ensure the system is working as designed and is being applied correctly.
Ensure that the users have been trained to handle the exceptions. The single biggest reason systems fail is exceptions.
