ABSTRACT
By the time the core implementation team gets to Step 7, they may be chomping at the bit to begin implementing the future state. However, now is the time for the team to create detailed plans that will guide efforts to improve the value stream. Without solid planning, the chances for a successful lean transformation are slim.
