ABSTRACT

The three critical factors in any organization’s business development model, which is the integration of marketing, sales, and customer service, designed to obtain and maintain clients both in the short and long term. This chapter looks at all three key factors and lays out a plan of attack for the most successful business development programs. Advertising (or advertising) is a form of marketing communication used to promote or sell something, usually a business’s product or service. In Latin, ad vertere means “to turn toward”. The purpose of advertising may also be to reassure employees or shareholders that a company is viable or successful. Product placement has become an important tool in marketing campaigns to introduce products to potential markets and creating a desire for that product from the world. The marketing approach that ties directly into sales personnel is where the message is carried by the salesperson directly to the prospect.
