ABSTRACT
Flowers and related decorative elements underscore the mood and tone of a wedding. They also represent a significant expense, generally taking up 7% or more of the budget. Because of the prominent nature of flowers during the ceremony and reception, thoughtful care should be taken when making decisions. Four considerations when selecting floral décor include: 1) recipients and locations; 2) selecting flowers; 3) centerpieces and other decorative elements; and 4) installation and removal.
