ABSTRACT
This chapter introduces the themes of the book and provides a brief history of right-wing displaced persons in Australia. As well as analysing the existing literature on both displaced persons in Australia and right-wing displaced persons internationally, this introductory chapter also introduces the subjectivity of the author. Lastly, the chapter gives a summary of the chapters within the book.
