ABSTRACT
There are two types of people in the workforce: Problem solvers and possibility finders. Both are needed. But possibility finders have an edge. They not only solve a problem, but they also look beyond and find possibilities. No matter what is happening in your career, be in the present moment. Accept that whatever is happening is for your best. Only then will you be able to make the best in any situation and find possibilities.
