ABSTRACT
The starting point of all regret is within the mind. It had been 15 years since the incident took place. But even today, Heather, one of my clients, remembers it as if it happened just yesterday. Heather was young and bubbling with life when she moved up to the position of an Assistant Regional Manager at a bank. Heather and the Regional Manager were to head the North zone, which included the entire belt from Washington, DC to New York. Heather was happy for her promotion. During the course of her job, she and the female CEO of the company built healthy working relations. Both would often speak over the phone about company matters. During these conversations, Heather often shared ideas and suggestions that her CEO admired.
