ABSTRACT
My work takes me places and oftentimes it’s by air. During one of my flights to Chicago, the air hostess ensured that everyone was comfortable right before takeoff. As she came toward me, she said, “Ma’am, please fasten your seat belt. We will take off shortly and it will be a smooth one.”
