For the purposes of this table, we have identified risks and example actions for each element of the Talent Compass. However, we recognise that the talent risks may be collated as themes and that action in one element of the Talent Compass will impact others (in keeping with our systems view). For example, introducing flexible contracts to support future talent demand is likely to have a positive impact on aligning. These examples are intended to help you to develop your thinking on what could work in your own situation.
