We have shown the importance of CPD for employability. Whilst people intellectually recognise the value and importance of CPD, many people only engage in a limited range of activities to support their development. The following questions are intended to stimulate your thinking about the range of CPD activities you currently engage with and to illustrate the additional opportunities.
