ABSTRACT

Our final discussion surrounds a practice which we call envisioning a new. We center this discussion around the reader, posing rhetorical that serve to address the readers openness and progress with vulnerability and disruption at the end of the project. We engage in a discussion surrounding social work practice and its mandate toward social justice and by extension, disruption. We conclude with a final instance of the author intersecting the personal and the professional, and walkthrough a mock workshop. In this final chapter we ask the reader to consider how this work will serve to catalyze a fundamental change in their life and way of being, and further stress that while the mock workshop may be tailored toward a diversity and inclusion training, its tenets can be used in a variety of different spaces and functions.
