While consolidating the arguments offered throughout the book, the conclusion draws out some of the possibly troubling possibilities inherent in Wallace’s understanding of the body as agent. Finally, the conclusion discusses Wallace in the era of #metoo, hinting at a range of broader questions about accountability, both literary and personal.
