ABSTRACT
Chapter 1 introduces the subject of green HRM. Firstly, it presents the aims of the research, along with illustrating the background and justification for conducting the research. This is followed by a brief discussion of the research questions, research hypotheses, and the conceptual framework. Chapter 1 also provides a brief overview of the participating enterprises from which the data were collected and analyzed. In addition, it presents a concise analysis of the methodology, and outlines the major research findings and structure of the book and will conclude with a brief review of the contents of the chapter.
