ABSTRACT
Chapter 5 illustrates the methodology that was used in the course of this research. The chapter begins with an outline and justification of the research design, which is a mixed method approach, and discusses the characteristics of both the qualitative and quantitative methods. It also discusses the samples used in the study, along with a review of the processes regarding sampling and data collection. The chapter then discusses the data analysis methods used in the research, illustrates how the green HRM measures were developed, and depicts the measurable items used for all variables in the questionnaires. The data analytical study also identifies and discusses the implemented strategy, benefits of using the strategy, and the key procedures involved in the qualitative and quantitative data analytical processes. The chapter concludes with a synopsis of the primary points in relation to the methods utilized in the study.
