ABSTRACT

Chapter 7 presents the quantitative findings of the second study regarding employee organizational behavioral consequences of green HRM. The chapter starts with the reporting of the findings of the relationships between green HRM with in-role and extra-role employee workplace green behaviors, the mediation of psychological green climate, and the moderation of individual green values. It then details the findings of the effects of green HRM on in-role and extra-role employee non-green behaviors and intention to quit, the mediation of organizational identification, and the moderation of perceived organizational support (POS). The chapter concludes with a brief summary of the key research findings.
