ABSTRACT
In this book, I have aimed to do three things: to assess the record of transitional justice efforts in post-Soeharto Indonesia, explain how this record was shaped by the nature of the country’s democratic transition, and to investigate the implications of the transitional justice record for Indonesia’s democracy.
