ABSTRACT

The critical job of coordinating is no one’s job in our siloed and complex economy. As a result, significant opportunities for shared progress are being missed. The seven roles of the wealth creation value chain coordinator are defined based on research conducted by Lyons and Wyckoff. The experiences and lessons learned by coordinating organizations and the pros and cons of one organization being a partner in the value chain while coordinating are described. The role of the WealthWorks coach is explained.
